Updated replay to transition smoothly between viewpoints.
Replay now pauses if tabbing to a different screen.
Gold status changed to 35 minutes (instead of 40 minutes).
Fixed issue with level 19 not being able to be finished.
Added additional messages if level cannot be completed.
Improved menu resolution compatibility.

Improved shooter rotation resolution for replays.
Removed "Detail Level" and "Full Screen" options.
