Revised almost everything since last release.
Updated to work properly with Windows Vista / 7.

Viewpoint now saves/loads correctly.
A few cosmetic fixes.
Made collision "smoother" between paddle/sphere.
Re-added fullscreen option.
Fixed a few config load issues.
Added Show_FPS option to config.dat.

Version 1.60

Updated everything to the latest engine code.
Polished the game a bit more.
